i just purchased an LXD-75 that will be arriving in a few days, i was wondering if there is another member here that has an LXD-75 and can it be used with a laptop using Starrynight pro 6?

Sorry I didn'e see this when posted originally.  I have used my LXD-75 with my laptop and StarryNight pro and i works very well.  You will need the 505 kit and make sure you have a serial port on your laptop.  If not, you will need a USB to serial interface.

so then can i use an RS-232 serial cable?
