I have the LX90 classic and dsi-pro

When I updated my autostar to the latest version, I noticed on polar mode that there is the option "smart drive" and I can do a pec training. I have three questions:

First, that training is saved or I should do it every time?

Second, can I do pec training using the envisage (with dsi-pro) for guiding?

and can I use meade's " PEC Utility Tool" ?(it says is only for lx200gps and RCX400, why not for LX90?)

--> It is saved provided you use the "Park" command to shut down your scope.

--> Yes - highly recommended! Start the camera guiding with 1 second exposures...once it is settled in & working well, start the PEC training & let it do its thing. That's all there is to it.

--> I don't know. The last I knew, you could use it to *read* the PE data, but using it to edit & send the data back to the scope ruined did not work correctly (GPS type scopes). It may be different now...
