The Great Red Spot (a large hurricane like storm) has been raging for over 300 years. 11 earth diameters would fit in this space. Good thing we don't get storms like that here!

This is my little princess last summer with my DSH 10 on on a old Meade EQ. It now rides a Atlas EQ from Orion with full GOTO system upgrade from Synta with auto guiding and PEC

Nine Panel Mosaic taken with a DSI on a 90mm Orion Refractor. each panel was about 30 images stacked in Registax in bitmap format then assembled with Autostitch,and final curves and unsharp mask with Corel Photo and Paint.

2 moons transiting Jupiter Date unknown I didn't keep records well on my first few tries. So I don't know which moons they were. One can be seen just up to the right of Jupiter. This was taken with my DSI and a DSH 10" reflector stopped down with a off axis mask to a 4" aperture and 2 1/2 powermate and resampled to 150% of the original. This was about 200 images stacked in registax with curves and unsharp mask done in Corel Photo and Paint. I believe this is my best Jupiter attempt to date. Always room form improvement.
