169 (out of 175) exposures at 21 seconds and 20 at 15 seconds.

Combined in Drizzel and Registax with wavelets and also used the 21 seconds combined image.

Don’t usually image the moon but couldn’t pass up this opportunity. Shot on 17 May. DSI I Color at f3.2 through 10” LX5 2010.

Mosaic of two images; upper limb-117 exposures, lower limb-50 exposures. Combined in Drizzle, color and exposure tweaked in DI Pro, then mosaic created in PS Elements.

Moon just barely above my neighbor’s roof in west about two degrees upper right of Mercury.

I am impressed by what the DSI imager is capable of.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

On Nov 16 the clouds parted just long enough to tempt me to go outside.

By the time I got set up they were back with a vengeance.

What I wound up with was an image of M38 – 4 images @ 15 seconds - saving all uncombined.

Image is certainly not great but I thought it was good enough to show what a one minute exposure with the DSI can look like.

DSI I Color thru 80 mm piggy back on LX5.

4 images @ 15 seconds in between clouds before I had to quit

Combined in Regitax and processed in Digital Image Pro and PS Elements
