M5 Globular Cluster in Serpens
This was my first time to use the Iris DDP function. It really helped to balance the core with the rest of the image, without any other processing required. I did this for each of the color and luminance channels separately.
I used ASIP to merge the RGB color channels
I used Corel Photo-Paint LAB color mode to merge the L channel, to tweak sharpness, add text, and save as JPEG.
